The Gatwick Drone Incident #6928 18/12/31 1:21 PM

Good evening,

I am from the United Kingdom and have just joined this forum.

There was a major incident in the daily papers about a robotic drone disrupting aircraft at Gatwick Airport. I am not sure whether this topic had been covered here on this forum or entirely sure what opinions are?

The strange thing about this drone which had caused major disruptions to thousands of airline passengers, was that it was never shot down.

As it became public knowledge, attempts were made to trace the infiltrator by which an innocent couple were targeted by police 5 miles away.
The drone is still a mystery.

From my experience after flying back from Cyprus some years back, I saw a cluster of UFOS flying above the airport. Of course the airport denied anything in their aerospace!

This brings me to the conclusion that the drone sighted at Gatwick could have been a UFO?

Of course traffic control are used to all this and gave this object a miss!
Unfortunately, they did not anticipate the length of time it stayed in the sky and hence the reluctance for the police to shoot it down!

What could they otherwise do as it would then be obvious what it was.

Another shadow act?

Just my opinion

This is interesting. A new UK UFO sighting is always exciting! Thanks for sharing. It sounds like a UFO incident to me.

Thanks LogicalChaos,

Airports are used to these things. They get very complacent whilst people are demanding that a drone should be shot down, the authorities have to watch their next move. This I believe was the reason why this drone disrupted so many flights.

The authorities realise that any UFO is not going to be a 'sitting duck' and then there will be questions why they keep missing???

If I was in charge of an airport...I would have behaved in exactly the same way.

UFOs are harmless and are no risk to National Security.

I saw a recent YouTube video featuring an alien abductee from Canada. He said "The US is more 'Alien-friendly' than Canada". I thought that was interesting and accurate. Its like its more accepted as a "weird" incident and is taken at face value for the most part. And in this sense, UFO does not automatically mean extraterrestrial, just "unknown/unexplained".

For example, this US story about a UFO seen by an airline pilot from last year: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ufo-over-arizona-sighting-american-airlines-learjet-pilots-see-ufo/

Would it be safe to say that the UK has a similar "anti-UFO" stance as Canada does? Like they don't want to admit its a UFO and would rather go with drone?

It is a complicated world LogicalChaos,

Things are crazy out there and at first I was very angry with countries holding back UFO information.

I am not now, because the public are not ready. No one in top government will want to stake their reputation on UFO acceptance.

I think one of my happiest moments was when a UFO was staring at me and I was staring at it.

I thought:- "Wow and science says that they do not exist and these entities are not off this Earth and are looking at me as I at them"

You cannot imagine that feeling!

Then it was show off time, as they showed me how their craft could manoeuvre.

If only time could stop for one minute and I could freeze this to show the world?

Thousands of years mystery solved in one minute! If only!

Politicians would just hold their heads down.
I feel tears in my eyes as I am amazed with their technology.

They know everything about me and are probably homing in on me right now and can see you!

I sorta of agree. UFO tech is way too exotic for our brains to handle. People would panic. But Im hopeful that next year, this will change. According to psychic-channeller book I read, a couple groups of ET beings are expected to interact with humans more actively in this year and in year 2020.
