Everyday when I talk normally on chats I get sort of attacked by someone, often by someone who uses drugs and talk sexual, will there be a time when we good people can be alone on the internet without being attacked or do the good people do too little to make it happen?

Frankie,
Good people tend to be attacked by a handful of bad people. The Internet allows all people access regardless of behavior. It magnifies the actions of the bad people.
Such behavior will always be part of the internet. You have to develop a thick skin to deal with it.
